Valuation Done free of charge in the comfort of your own home
Instruction – We will take photographs, including aerial photographs, take measurements, compile a floor plan and arrange an EPC, all of which will be be included in your marketing
Marketing – Your property will be marketed on our web site, Right move, Zoopa, and social media.
Viewings – We will try to give 48 hours notice where possible, we will also establish what position the viewer is in, are they proceed able, do they have a mortgage etc to avoid time wasters
Sales negotiation – We will handle all offers and work upon your instruction
Sales progression – Whilst you will inevitably need to converse with your solicitor, we will also remain in contact with them throughout in order for the sale to move as smoothly as possible , keeping you in the loop all the way
Completion – We will work towards as speedy a completion date as possible and hold your keys until such a time as we are authorised to release them
