At Cariad we appreciate that your home is your most valuable asset and is very personal to you, the decision to sell is often not taken lightly so it is important that you put it in the hands of a company that you can trust and feel comfortable with.
This is why at Cariad we offer a professional service with a personal touch.
When your selling your home from the first point of contact you will be introduced to your own personal property consultant and they will be with you every step of the way, on hand to answer any questions. On occasions our clients need to speak with us out of hours, we always aim to be on hand when you need us. Your consultant will visit your home to give you a free valuation and conduct a pre marketing appraisal where they will advise you of any changes or improvements that could help you sell. If you decide to proceed they will re visit and compile your property portfolio with professional photography, full details, measurements and a floor plan. All of which will improve your chances of achieving the best price possible.
Your consultant will have years of experience in property, your local area and marketing.
Your property will be suitably marketed on our new web site, Rightmove and facebook and of course you will have one of our unique Celtic Key branded sales boards erected at no extra cost.
We will handle all your viewings and always report back to you with any feedback within 24 hours where possible, all offers will be negotiated by your own personal professional who understands your needs and it doesn’t end there, they will also liase with the conveyancing solicitors and keep you up to speed throughout the whole sales process.
We also appreciate that it is not cheap moving home and circumstances can change so with Cariad we do not tie you in to minimum terms and our fees are very low in order to keep your moving costs down.
So if you are thinking of selling your home please do give us a call, Cariad what’s not to love <3
